2. SERVICES OFFERED

We provide sales & installation services for automotive & recreational electronics. Services include but are not limited to:

• Diagnostics

• Repairs

• Replacements

• Installations

• Routine Maintenance

• Sales

3. SERVICE SCHEDULING AND AVAILABILITY

• Appointments: You may schedule an appointment through our website, phone, or email. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated time window for service.

• Availability: Service availability depends on location, technician availability, and other factors. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments as needed.

4. SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT

• Fees: Our fees are based on the type of service and any parts or materials required. A detailed estimate will be provided before any work begins.

• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept Zelle, Cash App, Cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.

5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

• Cancellation: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may incur a cancellation fee of $25.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule an appointment by contacting us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Access: You must ensure that our technicians have safe and unobstructed access to the vehicle and any necessary equipment.

• Information: Provide accurate information about the vehicle and any issues you are experiencing.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty on labor. Parts may have separate warranties provided by their manufacturers.

• Liability: Our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights related to our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, and logos, are owned by MARXAC AUDIO or its licensors. You may not use these without our prior written consent.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

We will maintain the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information you provide in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Georgia/Henry County.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and in our lobby. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
